We want to see you thrive.

Mission

Using data and evidence, we help nonprofits and small businesses understand their effectiveness and increase their impact with communication that is creative, artistic, and accessible to all people.

Vision

With the clearer understanding that good data and evidence provide, nonprofits and small businesses will be able to live into their mission and serve their communities with clarity and integrity.

Values

  • Intuition + Evidence

    We create down-to-earth results using theory-educated foundations, hard data, and lived experience.

  • Chaos -> Clarity

    We enjoy the challenge of providing clarity and focus out of complexity and chaos.

  • Zoom in & Out

    We see the big picture and the small details and move between them easily.

  • We <3 Data

    We share our excitement for evidence and help organizations find their story behind the data with compassion, care, and warmth for their organization’s mission.
